Refund & Returns Policy
We take pride in the quality of our 3D printed products and custom design services. That said, we understand things don’t always go as planned. Here’s how we handle returns and refunds:
Eligibility & Timeframe
Our return window lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If more than 30 days have passed, we’re unfortunately unable to offer a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received.
- It must be returned in its original packaging.
- A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the custom nature of many of our products and services, certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Made-to-order 3D printed items
- Custom 3D modeling services
- Downloadable digital files
- Gift cards
- Items marked final sale or clearance
Partial Refunds (If Applicable)
In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted, such as:
- Items returned not in original condition, or missing parts not due to our error
- Products showing clear signs of use
- Returns requested more than 30 days after delivery
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email to confirm receipt and let you know whether your refund is approved.
When approved, a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within a few business days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Double-check your bank or payment account.
- Contact your credit card company — posting delays can occur.
- Contact your bank — processing time can vary.

Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same product, contact us at [email protected]
Gifts
If your item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive store credit once the return is received.
If the gift was sent to the purchaser and then gifted to you, we will issue a refund to the original buyer.
Shipping Returns
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping may be deducted.
For high-value returns, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
Custom Work & Digital Services
Custom design work and 3D modeling services are non-refundable once the design phase has begun. If you have concerns about a custom order, please reach out promptly — we’re committed to making things right where possible.
