Co-Founder • Creative Director
With roots in Pittsburgh’s vibrant art scene, Sean brings the bold ideas and aesthetic flair that shape the character of Allegheny Additive. From sculptural 3D art to playful custom gadgets and toys, he ensures every project stands out — not just functionally, but visually. His goal: use 3D printing as a bridge between imagination and form.

Jennifer
3d Printer Operator and Technician
Jennifer joined Allegheny Additive as our operations expanded, bringing with her a keen eye for detail and a genuine love for the craft. With two years of hands-on 3D printing experience, she specializes in machine setup, quality assurance, and making sure every print — big or small — meets our high standards. Friendly, focused, and endlessly curious, Jennifer keeps our print queue running smoothly and our workspace full of good energy.

Aaron
Co-Founder • Technical Lead
Aaron is a lifelong tinkerer with a passion for innovation. With a background in mathematics and over a decade of experience in 3D printing, CAD design, and manufacturing, he brings the technical firepower to turn any idea into a precise, printable reality. From drafting his first models as a teenager to now powering Allegheny Additive’s backend and print operations, Aaron makes the machines sing.
